Types of Top - Begelen top

Begelen top is a low-top shaped like a plate with a weight of about 0.5 kg. Begelen a circumference around the top 30 cm with a height of about 8 cm.

This is a top top of Java and a basic form of a flat top and the top uri Johor. It is made of soft wood species such as Leban or disimpai Glam but with steel. Top of this type is also available in Sabah and Brunei. Besides being used for turning, it can also be used to memangkah. For players of Johor, the top is only used to playing in a muddy field only.
